Shipping

We provide shipping service using Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.
International orders will be shipped either USPS or Fed Ex.
Our standard shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your order.

If you require a different shipping service other than standard shipping, we are happy to accommodate your request on an individual basis. Please email us info@bellaparis.com before you place the order and we can provide shipping costs for overnight, 2 day, or 3 day services. We will contact you with your preferred shipping service rates and send you a personal invoice with the total amount. Specialty shipping will be sent through Fed Ex or USPS.

* International customers are responsible for any tariffs, duty fees, or taxes that your country may apply when received. We are not responsible for any of these fees.

Product availability and delivery time

We do our best to keep all products in stock and ready for shipment. The standard delivery time for all in-stock items can range from 5-10 business days. All out of stock items can range from 7-14 business days. We strive on delivering our products to our customers as soon as possible and do our best to send out packages within 24-48 hours of when order was received. If an item is on back order, it will ship out immediately once it becomes available.

Please note that any items that are sent out directly from suppliers other then Bella Paris may take longer. Items ordered together may arrive in different boxes.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us by email within 15 days of receipt and explain your reason for return or exchange. Also please specify if you would like a new size or would prefer a refund. We will issue a refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive the item and the return is approved. If you are interested in an exchange, please send the unused item (must be in brand new condition) back to us. Once our return department receives the item, we will then send the preferred item back to you. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You must provide pre-paid postage for the new item to be sent back to you.

There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all carrier returns.

For your protection, please choose a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for a return item that is lost in the mail.

We will not distribute or sell your name or personal information about you to any third party without your expressed permission. Any information you provide to us with will be held in confidence and used only to improve our services to you.
