Orders may be placed by visiting bellaparis.com. Or you may phone us at 03211119766 and we'll place the order for you. Additionally, you may contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Your Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Address would need to be shared.

"Do you carry genuine products?"

Our items are 100% authentic, we promise. Our items come from either the major businesses or the licenced distributors and suppliers of the brands.

"How can I track my order?"

You will receive a notification through SMS and email once your order has a tracking number attached to it, and you can then follow your purchase via the website of our logistic partner.

Through the link Track, you may keep track of your order.

"How do I confirm my COD order?"

To confirm your order, send us a message on Facebook, Instagram, or Whatsapp, or give us a call at 03211119766. Alternatively, you might wait for our call; we contact a client three times before cancelling an order.

What should I do if I want your assistance?

"Do I have to sign in to make a purchase?"

You may send us money through Direct Deposit, and we also accept Credit and Debit Cards. Additionally, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

“What's your Exchange policy?“

The customer has the option to replace an item after it has been delivered if it has not been used and the packaging has not been broken or destroyed within three days of receiving it. Additionally, he or she must pay the delivery costs.

“What is your Return policy?”

Products may be returned within three days after delivery, as long as they haven't been used.
